We do not store payment information or bank card details, as all payments are processed entirely through the service provider, " Salla Holding ," a reliable and secure platform.

8. Prices and Orders

The prices shown at the time of order are valid, and any discounts or offers launched later cannot be claimed.
Some products may be dropshipped, and this will be explained along with the shipping method and price upon request.

9. Warranty and Exclusions

Some products available at ZAMANI ZONE include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects , depending on the manufacturer's policy for each product.

If there is a warranty, this will be made clear to the customer in the product description or during the purchase process.

Warranty does not include :
Misuse
Damage caused by improper installation or neglect
water immersion
Damage or oxidation of the batteries inside the device

Before a warranty application is approved, the product is inspected by a specialized team to verify the cause of the defect and the extent to which the warranty conditions apply.

Products excluded from warranty include consumables such as:

Motor oils, detergents, and non-electronic accessories.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping without charge.
If the order has been shipped, the customer will bear all specified return fees, in addition to the delivery fees , even if the delivery is free.
Fees are calculated as follows (depending on the shipping company used in the order):
Redbox: 15 | SMSA & Aramex: 30 | DHL: 40 SAR.
If the order is placed and paid for via Tabby, Tamara, or Pay Later companies, and the order is then cancelled, the customer will bear the cancellation fees applied by the service provider.

11. Exceptions to Returns

Excluded from return:

Products such as: MoS2, 070, computer-activated inspection devices, and all types of body inspection devices.
Any product that has been opened in factory packaging or is missing its original condition

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Approved law

This Agreement is subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia , and any dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
