- Shipping within the Kingdom only
- Order processing within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days
2. Aramex | ARAMEX (Local/International)
- Shipping within and outside the Kingdom
- International shipping does not include heavy products (+5 kg), liquids, or flammable materials.
- Order processing within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery time:
- Local: 2 to 5 business days
- International: 7 to 10 business days
3. DHL | DHL (International only)
- Shipping outside the Kingdom only
- Order processing within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery time: 2 to 6 working days
4. Redbox
- Shipping within the Kingdom
- Delivery to select Redbox boxes
- Order processing within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days
- Supports small products only (max 47x37x35cm and weight 3kg)
5. Special Representative (Riyadh only)
- The service is available only in Riyadh.
- Order processing within one business day
- Delivery within 24 hours (on working days only)
6. Direct Shipping (Normal)
- Shipping within the Kingdom only
- Order processing within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery time: 2 to 6 working days
- Minimum weight: 4.8 kg
- Some products are shipped internationally (Dropshipping)*
- You may be required to pay a small customs fee upon receipt, which will be refunded within 24–48 hours upon providing us with an invoice.
7. Direct Shipping (Heavy)
- Shipping within the Kingdom only
- Order processing within 1 to 2 working days
- Delivery time: 4 to 12 working days
- Minimum weight: 5.5 kg and above
- Some products are shipped internationally (Dropshipping)*
- You may be required to pay a small customs fee upon receipt, which will be refunded within 24–48 hours upon providing us with an invoice.
Important notes
- Once the order is processed, the customer will be provided with a tracking number (bill) to track the shipment.
- Public holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery time.
- ZAMANI ZONE's responsibility ends after the order is delivered to the shipping company. Any delay, damage, or loss will be directly followed up with the shipping company.
